HomeTable manually reviews the permit information and documentation submitted by kitchen operators before publishing a listing. However, HomeTable does not independently verify the authenticity, validity, or current status of permits directly with county, state, or other governmental agencies unless expressly stated otherwise. Kitchen operators remain solely responsible for the accuracy, authenticity, validity, and legality of all information and documents they submit.

Submission of documents does not constitute approval, certification, endorsement, verification, or guarantee by HomeTable of any kitchen, operator, document, permit, or activity.

Kitchen operators remain fully responsible for:

Maintaining valid permits
Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
Renewing permits when required
Following all applicable local enforcement agency and other government requirements

All arrangements, including orders, payments, scheduling, pickup arrangements, and any other transactions occur directly between users and kitchen operators. HomeTable does not control, manage, or guarantee any transactions, food safety practices, or services provided by kitchen operators.

HomeTable may notify kitchen operators when their submitted permit information indicates that a permit is approaching expiration or when updated permit documentation may be required. Kitchen operators remain responsible for maintaining a current and valid permit in accordance with applicable requirements.

HomeTable relies on information provided by kitchen operators and other users.

HomeTable does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, legality, authenticity, validity, or current status of any:

Listing or permit
License or certification
Menu, availability, or pricing
