All arrangements, including orders, payments, scheduling, pickup arrangements, and any other transactions occur directly between users and kitchen operators. HomeTable does not control, manage, or guarantee any transactions, food safety practices, or services provided by kitchen operators.

HomeTable will notify kitchen operators of the requirement to renew their permit annually as required by California law and local county regulations.
